About Me ...

I have been a licensed psychotherapist for more than 20 years, and I have also been a Motherless Daughter for more than 20 years. I provide individual therapy sessions, and I facilitate a psychotherapeutic Motherless Daughters support group in my Wexford office. 
Although Motherless Daughters (girls or women whose mothers have died) are my main specialty, I also see clients with other concerns (see Therapy page).

​Individual Therapy


Specialty areas include: Motherless Daughters, anxiety, depression, self esteem, anger management, coping skills, codependency, emotional disturbance, grief and loss, adoption, family conflict, intercultural and relationship issues.


​Motherless Daughters Group

This is an eight-week psychotherapeutic grief support group for adult women (aged 18
and older) whose mothers have died. The group will provide a safe and nurturing place where women
can connect and explore
the unique challenges experienced
​by Motherless Daughters.
